i had like the most silent reunion dinner.
i think i will win hands down for the quietest reunion dinner for 2006.

so my sis didnt come for reunion. or rather, she cant.
and danny's in newyork.

so it was just my parents, my eldest brother and me.
the 4 of us sat there, ate and said nothing.

it amazes me how weird and warped some familes can be.
imagine living up to 102 years old.. and at ur funeral, the ones who are sobbing away are your grandchildren. or rather only 3 of your grandchildren. the rest of your grandchildren are either NOT there, or BUSY. what rubbish is this???? and not only that.... your own children dont even cry. they can even quarrel with the grandkids becos they ordered non-vegan food and apparently it gives the vegans BAD KARMA. what rubbish i ask you?? got logic or not???

i was never protective over my brother in law. but last night, when i saw his aunt shouting at him over the "bad" karma the vegans will get just cos he decided to order non vegans food........ i really wanted to go over and shout at the old bitch. very daring shout at my brother in law when its really not his fault. not everyone thats attending the wake is a vegan u bitch. but my brother in law very cool, he just stood there.. hear her rant.. took a huge bin, poured allll the catered non vegan food into the bin and then said to the bitch. "i hope now, your good karma gets back to you. dont worry all these non vegan food that i poured away, i'll pay for it." wahh.. i was never so proud of my bro in law.

anyway his grandmother's kids... which is actually his dad and his auntiesuncles.... i think most of them are vegans. they apparently reached ENLIGHTMENT cos they pray to some taiwan lady who said that she will take away their suffering if they become vegans.
